Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for software sales to achieve both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing of assigned accounts, and understanding customers’ business issues and design strategies.

  • BA or equivalent in engineering, business or technical field. MBA desirable
  • 3-5 years sales experience selling business software applications, or products/services
  • Experience selling IT Services Management solutions ( ERP, Supply Chain, etc.) is preferred
  • Broad technical background, with current understanding of Client Server, SQL Relational Database, Internet/intranet, Microsoft BackOffice, ERP
  • Strong professional presence with the ability to call on the executive/management levels of mid-size to large corporations
  • Experience in business process reengineering is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic with high degree of integrity
  • International business experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or related field
  • Masters degree is a plus
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and/or HTML is strongly recommended
  • Hands-on experience with some software administration, configuration or development is required
  • Experience translating user requirements into software specifications is a plus

.NET Developer  

Software developers will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, roles, and client environments, we are searching for full-time developers who have the skills to participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This includes; requirements definition, functional design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. . Typical initiatives include business process automation, business intelligence, and e-commerce.

  • Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation
  • Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
  • Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles
  • Coordinate and team with users and developers located in different geographic regions
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3- 8 years application development experience
  • Experience with the product lifecycle and strong understanding of the role of methodology/frameworks.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and programming techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and/or HTML is strongly recommended
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be open to local travel to client sites, if needed
  • Intermediate-level to Expert-level competency in C#
  • Experience with ASP.Net AJAX, CSS, Javascript, and layouts and Web 2.0 UI behaviors is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with, and support the needs of, project team members and the customer support department.
  • Possess creative problem solving skills.
  • A high level of passion for creating software and the processes around it.
